Featuring three individual wells, this steam table allows for precise temperature control with individual thermostats for each compartment. It is equipped with a vandal-proof power up/power down switch and locked positions to enhance safety and security. The stainless steel locking control cover and tamper-resistant hardware ensure durability and protection against unauthorized adjustments. Mobility is facilitated by heavy-duty 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes, all secured with tamper-resistant screws. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 3615 watts and 17.4/15.1 amps, it comes with a 6-foot cord and plug designed to meet correctional specifications.
