The snap-action thermostat allows for precise temperature control ranging from 200°F to 550°F, powered by 6000W heating elements positioned every 12 inches for even heat distribution. The griddle is equipped with a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard to keep your workspace clean, while the 8 qt. grease drawer simplifies cleanup. A full-width grab bar and a locking tab for the grease door enhance safety and convenience. Built on a welded steel frame with a durable stainless steel exterior, it includes flanged 4" bolt-down legs for stability.
