The Lang Manufacturing 172TM is a heavy-duty electric countertop griddle designed for marine environments. It features a spacious 72" W x 23" D cooking surface with a 1" thick polished griddle plate, ensuring even heat distribution and durability. The snap-action thermostat allows for precise temperature control ranging from 200°F to 550°F, powered by 6000W heating elements positioned every 12 inches for optimal cooking performance. The griddle is equipped with a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard to keep your workspace clean, and an 8 qt. grease drawer for easy cleanup. A full-width grab bar and a locking tab for the grease door enhance safety and convenience. Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior, it is designed for longevity and ease of maintenance. The flanged 4" bolt-down legs provide stability, making it suitable for various countertop applications.
