The solid state thermostats allow for precise temperature control ranging from 175°F to 450°F, complemented by a pilot safety feature for added security. Constructed with a robust welded steel frame and a sleek stainless steel exterior, this griddle is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard helps contain messes, while the 3-1/2" front grease trough and 8 qt. stainless steel grease drawer facilitate easy cleanup. With 4" adjustable stainless steel legs, the griddle can be customized to fit your workspace. Delivering a powerful 54,000 BTU, the Lang 224SC operates on 120V/60/1-ph power and is certified by UL and NSF for safety and sanitation.
