Constructed with a robust welded steel frame and a sleek stainless steel exterior, this griddle is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. The 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard helps maintain a clean cooking area, while the 3-1/2" front grease trough and 8 qt. stainless steel grease drawer facilitate easy cleanup. With 162,000 BTU of cooking power, the Lang 272S is efficient and effective, making it ideal for high-volume cooking. It features 4" adjustable stainless steel legs for stability on any countertop.
