Featuring a spacious 72" W x 30" D cooking surface, it is equipped with a 1" thick chrome griddle plate that ensures even heat distribution and durability. The embedded electric snap-action thermostats allow for precise temperature control ranging from 220° to 550°F, complemented by pilot safety for added security. Constructed with a robust welded steel frame and a sleek stainless steel exterior, this griddle is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. The 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard helps contain messes, while the 3-1/2" front grease trough and 8 qt. stainless steel grease drawer facilitate easy cleanup. The unit is supported by 4" stainless steel legs, adjustable up to 1-5/8" for stability on uneven surfaces. With a powerful output of 210,000 BTU, the Lang 272ZTDC is designed for efficiency and performance, making it an ideal choice for high-volume cooking.
