Description
The Lang Manufacturing R30C-PTA is a high-performance 30" electric range designed for commercial kitchens. It features four 8” French plates for versatile cooking options and a convection oven base with nine rack positions and five included racks, accommodating various baking needs. The temperature range of 150°F to 450°F allows for precise cooking control. Equipped with Platinum control (PT) one-touch programmable LCD solid state controls, it ensures ease of use and efficiency. The two-speed fan with pulse capability enhances cooking performance by promoting even heat distribution. Constructed with a durable 430 stainless steel exterior and interior, it is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The 2” vented stainless steel stub back and 4” casters provide added convenience and mobility.
