The oven thermostat ranges from 150°F to 450°F and includes a one-hour timer for precise cooking control. Constructed with a 2" vented stainless steel stub back and a durable 430 stainless steel exterior, this range is built to withstand the rigors of marine use. Additional features include flanged bolt-down legs for stability, a convenient grab bar, a sea rail for added safety, and a two-piece hatchable construction. The unit is UL Marine and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
