The Lang Manufacturing RI36S-ATE is a high-performance electric induction range designed for commercial kitchens. This floor model features a spacious 36" width and is equipped with six 8" glass induction hobs, providing efficient and precise cooking capabilities. The standard oven base includes one rack and is controlled by a solid-state oven thermostat with a temperature range of 150°F to 450°F, complemented by a convenient 1-hour timer for accurate cooking. Constructed with a durable 430 stainless steel exterior, this induction range is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It also includes a 2" vented stainless steel stub back for improved ventilation and hygiene. The adjustable 6" legs ensure stability on various surfaces.
