The Lincoln Impinger V2500/1346 is a high-performance electric conveyor oven designed for efficiency and versatility. This ventless Digital Countertop Impinger® (DCTIV) oven features a compact 20"W baking chamber and an extended 50” conveyor, allowing for seamless cooking of various dishes. With an adjustable conveyor speed ranging from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, it accommodates a wide range of cooking needs. The temperature can be set between 200°F (93°C) and 600°F (316°C), providing precise control for optimal results. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, this oven is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It operates on a 208/240V, 60Hz, single-phase power supply, delivering 6.0kW and 27 amps. The Lincoln Impinger V2500/1346 is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE certified, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
