The temperature range of 200°F (93°C) to 600°F (316°C) allows for precise cooking control, ensuring optimal results for a variety of dishes. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, this oven is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It operates on a 208/240V, 60Hz, single-phase power supply, with a power output of 6.0kW and a current draw of 27 amps. The unit is equipped with a NEMA 6-50P plug and meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE standards, ensuring safety and reliability in operation.
