The Lincoln Impinger V2500/1353 is a high-performance electric conveyor oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This ventless Digital Countertop Impinger® (DCTIV) oven features a compact 20"W baking chamber and a standard 31” conveyor, allowing for seamless operation in limited spaces. With an adjustable conveyor speed ranging from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, it accommodates a variety of cooking needs. The temperature range spans from 200°F (93°C) to 600°F (316°C), providing precise control for different menu items. The durable stainless steel exterior ensures longevity and easy maintenance. This oven operates on a 208/240V, 60Hz, single-phase power supply, delivering 6.0kW of heating power with a current draw of 27 amps. It is equipped with a NEMA 6-50P plug and meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE standards, making it a reliable choice for any foodservice operation.
