The Lincoln Impinger V2500/1366 is a high-performance electric conveyor oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This ventless Digital Countertop Impinger® (DCTIV) oven features a compact 20"W baking chamber and an extended 50” non-stick conveyor, allowing for seamless food preparation. With adjustable conveyor speeds ranging from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, it accommodates a variety of cooking needs. The temperature range spans from 200°F (93°C) to 600°F (316°C), providing precise control for optimal cooking results. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, the oven is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. It operates on a 208/240V, 60Hz, single-phase power supply, delivering 6.0kW and 27 amps of power. The unit is equipped with a NEMA 6-50P plug and meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any kitchen environment.
