With an adjustable conveyor speed ranging from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, it allows for precise cooking times tailored to your menu. The temperature range spans from 200°F (93°C) to 600°F (316°C), providing flexibility for a wide array of dishes. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, this oven is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It operates on a 208/240V, 60Hz, single-phase power supply, with a total output of 6.0kW and 27 amps, ensuring reliable performance. The unit is equipped with a NEMA 6-50P plug and meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE standards, ensuring safety and compliance in commercial environments.
