The Manitowoc UDP0310A is a high-performance undercounter ice maker designed for efficiency and convenience. This cube-style, air-cooled unit measures 30"W x 28"D x 38-1/2"H and boasts a production capacity of up to 286 lbs of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with an AHRI certified output of 233 lbs at 90°/70°. It features a 100 lb ice storage capacity and a 90 lb ice storage capacity, ensuring a steady supply of ice for your needs. Equipped with electronic controls, the UDP0310A includes full bin and service indicators for easy monitoring. It offers a production delay option of 4, 12, or 24 hours, allowing for flexible operation. The unit incorporates Alpha-San anti-microbial protection to maintain ice quality and hygiene. Access to refrigeration components is simplified with a forward sliding storage bin. The sealed food zone includes a removable water trough, distribution tube, and damper door for easy cleaning and maintenance. The ice maker produces dice-sized cubes and is supported by 6" adjustable legs with flanged feet for stability. Powered by a 3/4 HP compressor, the Manitowoc UDP0310A is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
