The Middleby Marshall X20E-1 is an electric conveyor oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. Featuring a single deck and a compact countertop design, it boasts a 20" long cooking chamber and a 20" wide standard single belt for optimal cooking performance. The intuitive touch screen controller allows for easy adjustments, enabling controllable bake and time conveyor speeds with a time range of 30 seconds to 15 minutes. With an operating temperature range of 0°-550°F, this oven accommodates a variety of cooking needs. Its innovative mono finger design and reversible conveyor direction provide flexibility for left or right feed options. The variable speed blower motors ensure even heat distribution, while built-in self-diagnostics enhance reliability. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the X20E-1 includes 4" legs, a cord and plug, and 6" extension trays for added convenience.
