The cold-wall evaporator maintains a consistent temperature range of 10°F to -10°F, keeping your products perfectly frozen. Constructed with a durable painted galvanized steel exterior and a galvanized steel interior, this cabinet is built to withstand daily use. The stainless steel top features an anti-condensate heater, preventing moisture buildup and ensuring a clean, professional appearance. The convenient flip lid provides easy access for serving while maintaining temperature integrity. Powered by a 1/4 hp compressor, the unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 2.1 amps. It comes with a 9-foot cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug for straightforward installation. The Master-Bilt DC-2S is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring it meets industry standards for safety and sanitation.
