The Master-Bilt DC-4D Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet is designed for optimal ice cream storage and serving. It accommodates up to five 3-gallon tubs for dipping and can store an additional two 3-gallon tubs, ensuring ample supply for busy environments. The cold-wall evaporator maintains consistent temperatures ranging from 10°F to -10°F, keeping your ice cream perfectly frozen. Constructed with a durable painted galvanized steel exterior and a galvanized steel interior, this cabinet is built to withstand daily use. The stainless steel top features an anti-condensate heater, preventing moisture buildup and ensuring a clean presentation. The convenient flip lid allows for easy access while serving. Powered by a 1/4 hp compressor, the unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 2.7 amps. It comes with a 9-foot cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug for straightforward installation. The Master-Bilt DC-4D is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and sanitation.
