Description
The Master-Bilt DC-4DSE Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet is designed for optimal ice cream storage and display. It accommodates up to five 3-gallon tubs for dipping and can store an additional two 3-gallon tubs. The cold-wall evaporator ensures consistent temperature control, maintaining a range of 10°F to -10°F. Its durable stainless steel exterior and galvanized steel interior provide long-lasting performance, while the stainless steel top features an anti-condensate heater to prevent moisture buildup. The cabinet is equipped with a convenient flip lid for easy access. Powered by a 1/4 hp compressor, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a 2.7 amp draw and includes a 9-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by cULus and NSF, this dipping cabinet is a reliable choice for any ice cream business.
