The Master-Bilt DC-4S Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet is designed for optimal ice cream storage and service. It accommodates up to six 3-gallon tubs for dipping and stores an additional four 3-gallon tubs, ensuring ample supply for busy environments. The cabinet features a cold-wall evaporator for efficient cooling and a durable painted galvanized steel exterior, complemented by a galvanized steel interior for easy maintenance. The stainless steel top is equipped with an anti-condensate heater to prevent moisture buildup, while the convenient flip lid allows for easy access. Operating within a temperature range of 10° to -10°F, this unit is powered by a 1/4 hp compressor and runs on 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 3.2 amps. It includes a 9-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug, ensuring compatibility with standard outlets. The Master-Bilt DC-4S is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for ice cream retailers.
