The cold-wall evaporator maintains consistent temperatures ranging from 10°F to -10°F, keeping your ice cream perfectly frozen. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and a galvanized steel interior, this cabinet is built to withstand daily use while maintaining a sleek appearance. The stainless steel top features an anti-condensate heater to prevent moisture buildup, ensuring a clear view of your delicious offerings. The convenient flip lid provides easy access for serving. Powered by a 1/4 hp compressor, the unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a 3.2 amp draw, making it energy efficient. The 9-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug allows for flexible placement in your establishment.
