It accommodates up to 11 three-gallon tubs for dipping and can store an additional 8 three-gallon tubs, ensuring ample supply for busy environments. The cabinet features a cold-wall evaporator for efficient cooling and a durable painted galvanized steel exterior with a galvanized steel interior for long-lasting performance. The stainless steel top is equipped with an anti-condensate heater to prevent moisture buildup, while the convenient flip lid provides easy access to your ice cream selections. Operating within a temperature range of 10° to -10°F, this unit is powered by a 1/3 hp compressor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 3.6 amps. It includes a 9-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug, ensuring compatibility with standard outlets. The Master-Bilt DC-8D is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial ice cream service.
