The cold-wall evaporator maintains consistent temperatures ranging from 10°F to -10°F, preserving the quality of your ice cream. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and a galvanized steel interior, this cabinet is built to withstand daily use while maintaining a sleek appearance. The stainless steel top features an anti-condensate heater to prevent moisture buildup, ensuring a clear view of your products. The convenient flip lid allows for easy access, making serving quick and efficient. Powered by a 1/3 hp compressor, the unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 3.6 amps. It includes a 9-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug for straightforward installation. The Master-Bilt DC-8DSE is cULus and NSF certified, meeting industry standards for safety and sanitation.
