Description
Maxx Cold MXCR72SHC is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With an impressive 18 cu. ft. storage capacity, this three-section unit features three adjustable shelves for customizable organization. The three hinged doors come with recessed handles for easy access. An electronic thermostat and digital LED temperature display ensure precise temperature control, while the self-contained system operates efficiently with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a rear-mounted compressor. The durable stainless steel exterior and painted aluminum interior provide longevity and easy maintenance. The insulated top cover helps maintain optimal temperatures, and the unit is equipped with four 3" casters (two locking and two non-locking) for mobility. Included with the unit are a cutting board and eighteen 1/6 size polycarbonate pans, making it ideal for busy kitchens. Operating at 4.3 amps, the MXCR72SHC is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
