Description
The Metro C515-CFC-4A is a mobile half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This non-insulated unit features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 190°F, ensuring precise temperature management. The cabinet accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, supported by fixed wire slides on 3" centers. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this aluminum cabinet is built for durability and ease of movement. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
