Description
The Metro C515-HFC-4A is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This half-height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility and access. Its non-insulated construction allows for quick temperature recovery, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance. The thermostat can be set up to 190°F, ensuring optimal food holding temperatures. With fixed wire slides on 3" centers, this cabinet accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, providing versatile storage options. The unit is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120V/60/1 phase power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is certified cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
