Description
The Metro C515-HFC-UA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This half-height unit features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility and access. The non-insulated design allows for optimal heat retention, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat that reaches up to 190°F, this cabinet ensures your food stays at the perfect serving temperature. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 phase power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any food service environment.
