Description
The Metro C515-PFC-4A is a mobile half-height proofer cabinet designed for efficient proofing in commercial kitchens. This non-insulated unit features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 120°F, ensuring optimal proofing conditions. The cabinet is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the unit operates on 120V/60/1 phase, consuming 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for food service professionals.
