Description
The Metro C515-PFC-LA is a mobile half-height proofer cabinet designed for optimal food preparation and storage. This non-insulated cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 120°F, ensuring precise temperature control for proofing. The cabinet accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans, utilizing lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for efficient organization. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this aluminum cabinet is easy to maneuver. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
