Description
The Metro C517-PFC-4A is a mobile proofer cabinet designed for efficient proofing in commercial kitchens. This 3/4 height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 120°F, ensuring precise temperature control. The cabinet accommodates up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, with fixed wire slides positioned on 3" centers for optimal space utilization. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this aluminum cabinet is built for mobility and durability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
