The Metro C519-CFC-4A is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance in food service environments. This full-height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility and access. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can be set up to 190°F, ensuring precise temperature management. The cabinet is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3-inch centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, the unit operates on 120V/60/1 phase power, delivering 2000 watts and 16 amps.
