Description
The Metro C519-CFC-LA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility and access. Its non-insulated design allows for efficient temperature control, with a thermostat adjustable up to 190°F. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, this cabinet offers convenience and ease of use. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans, utilizing lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for secure storage. The unit is supported by durable 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during operation. Constructed from aluminum, the cabinet operates on a 120V/60/1 phase electrical system, delivering 2000 watts and 16 amps of power. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements. Ideal for commercial kitchens, this cabinet enhances efficiency in food service operations.
