Description
The Metro C519-CFC-UA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance in food service environments. This full-height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. The non-insulated design allows for efficient heat retention, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 190°F, this cabinet ensures precise temperature control for holding and proofing. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16 amps of power. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
