Description
The Metro C533-CLFC-L-GY is a mobile undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Gray Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. It accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" pans with lip-load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers for easy access. Mobility is enhanced with 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph, consuming 1400 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
