Description
The Metro C533-CLFC-U-GY is a mobile undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. Featuring the C5™ 3 Series technology, this cabinet operates at lower wattage while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Gray Insulation Armour™ for enhanced insulation and energy efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door provides visibility for easy monitoring of contents, while the removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control for various food items. This cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Mobility is facilitated by 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power rating of 1400 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
