Description
The Metro C533-CLFS-L-GY is a mobile undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Gray Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperatures. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature management. It accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for easy access and organization. Mobility is facilitated by 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability when stationary. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates at 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1400 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for food service environments.
