The Metro C533-CLFS-L is a mobile undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. It accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for easy access. The durable aluminum construction ensures longevity, while the 3" casters (two with brakes) allow for easy mobility and stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, this unit delivers 1400 watts and 12 amps of power, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen setting.
