Description
The Metro C533-CLFS-U-GY is a mobile undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This C5™ 3 Series unit features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Gray Insulation Armour™ for superior insulation, ensuring consistent temperature control. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, allowing for precise temperature management. It offers universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 3" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power rating of 1400 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen environment.
