Description
The Metro C533-CLFS-U is a mobile undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility in food service environments. Featuring the innovative Red Insulation Armour™, this cabinet ensures optimal temperature retention while operating at lower wattage. The thermostat allows precise temperature control up to 200°F, making it ideal for holding and proofing various food items. This insulated cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. It accommodates up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, utilizing universal wire slides on 3" centers that are adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is equipped with 3" casters, two of which have brakes for stability and mobility. Constructed from durable aluminum, the Metro C533-CLFS-U operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power rating of 1400 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchen settings.
