Description
The Metro C533-HLFC-L-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Gray Insulation Armour™ for superior insulation, ensuring consistent temperature retention. The cabinet includes a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents and a removable bottom mount control module for straightforward operation. With a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, this cabinet provides precise temperature control. It accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" pans, utilizing lip-load slides on 1-1/2" centers for easy access. The unit is built with durable aluminum and features 3" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 1400 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
