Description
The Metro C533-HLFC-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and insulation. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies operation and maintenance. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control for various food items. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a power rating of 1400 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
