Description
The Metro C533-HLFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series technology, this cabinet operates at lower wattage while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention, ensuring your food stays warm and ready to serve. This under-counter insulated cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F. The universal wire slides are spaced on 3" centers and adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 1400 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen setting.
