Description
The Metro C533-MFC-L-GY is a mobile undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated technology, it maintains consistent temperatures up to 200°F while ensuring moisture retention. The cabinet is equipped with Gray Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency and insulation. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies operation and maintenance. It accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for flexible storage options. Mobility is facilitated by 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchen environments.
