Description
The Metro C533-MFC-L is a mobile undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This C5™ 3 Series unit features advanced Moisture Heated technology and Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies operation and maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, this cabinet ensures precise temperature control. It accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" pans with lip-load slides on 1-1/2" centers for efficient organization. The unit is built with durable aluminum and features 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
