Description
The Metro C533-MFS-L-GY is a mobile undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance in food service environments. This C5™ 3 Series cabinet features Gray Insulation Armour™ for enhanced insulation and energy efficiency. It includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance, with a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F. The cabinet accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" pans, utilizing lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for versatile storage options. It is equipped with 3" casters, two of which have brakes for stability and mobility. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates at 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial settings.
