Description
The Metro C533-MFS-U is a mobile undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance in food service environments. This C5™ 3 Series cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and energy efficiency. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for maintaining food quality and safety.
