Description
The Metro C535-CFC-L-GY is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series technology, this cabinet is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining insulation. This mobile unit includes a removable bottom mount control module for user-friendly operation and a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for versatile storage options. The cabinet is built with durable aluminum and is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
