Description
The Metro C535-CFC-U-GY is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series technology, this mobile unit is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature. This cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. It offers universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Built for mobility, it features 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
