The Metro C535-CFS-4-GY is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series technology, this mobile cabinet is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a precise thermostat that can be set up to 200°F. The cabinet offers versatile storage options with fixed wire slides positioned on 3" centers, accommodating either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Its robust aluminum construction ensures durability, while the 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes, provide easy mobility. With a power rating of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, this unit operates on a 120v/60/1 ph electrical system and is certified by cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
