Description
The Metro C535-CFS-4 is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring Red Insulation Armour™, this mobile cabinet ensures superior insulation and energy efficiency. It includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, supported by fixed wire slides on 3" centers. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this aluminum cabinet is built for durability and ease of movement. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
